Role Description
This is a key role supporting team members across the country, with end-to-end R&D tax relief preparation ensuring the process is completed efficiently and robustly.
Along with a competitive starting salary of £32,000 which increases to £35,000 upon completion of your probation period, we also offer shared contribution company pension scheme, and flexible working.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Reviewing clients compliance documentation, company accounts, CT600’s and tax computations
• Reviewing Client R&D expenditure (Cost Schedules).
• Liaising with client accountants and Head of Tax regarding submission of the R&D claim.
• Sending out invoices & payment forms.
• Reviewing invoices received and commissions.
• Working with Xero & Hubdoc.
• Liaising with field-based Consultants, Account Directors & also clients
• Handling phone calls, inbound and outbound.
• Ad-Hoc admin.
• Ideal for someone looking for a long-term position, growing responsibility and interested in working in the financial services sector.
Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
• AAT/ATT Qualification
• Strong Excel skills are essential.
• Knowledge of accounting software, computer literate, Word and SharePoint, Teams, Google Drive
• Excellent numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Great organisational, prioritisation, communication and administrative skills
• Hardworking, motivated, team player, adaptive.
• Ideally from a financial background with some knowledge of accounts and corporation tax.
• Able to handle pressure, adaptive, creative problem-solver, and tech-savvy.
