We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a Digital Marketplace Specialist to spearhead the strategic growth and presence in the Azure and AWS marketplaces.
What will you be doing?
Stakeholder Education – You will develop and implement educational programs for internal and external partners and customers on the functionalities, benefits, and best practices of utilising Azure and AWS marketplaces.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketplace strategies with broader business objectives.
Performance Monitoring – Regularly analyse and report on marketplace performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise listings and promotional strategies.
Vendor Relations – Maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services, leveraging their resources, tools, and promotional opportunities to enhance our marketplace presence.
What are we looking for?
The right person for this role will have experience and knowledge built through working within an IT reseller or distributor; however, any experience with these marketplaces is a bonus and not a must-have. It is expected that you will have worked in either IT procurement or pre-sales as a foundation.
