Forward Role are working with a high-growth retail group, boasting a global sales footprint and incredible profitability, to recruit a D2C Marketing Manager.

You will report into the E-Commerce Director who has previous experience in some of the most well-known retailers in the Northwest and work alongside E-Commerce, Creative and Marketplace teams. As this role grows, there will also be the opportunity to build a marketing team around you.
This role offers the perfect mix of strategic influence and hands-on execution.

* Shaping the marketing function and building out the foundations
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies
* Building out and managing a number of marketing channels including social media, online partnerships, email marketing and affiliate marketing.
* Growing online audiences and brands
* Brand partnerships & Collaborations
* Content & Marketing Communications
* Audience Growth & Analytics
What they’re looking for:
* Proven ability to create and execute marketing activities that drive growth
* Strong understanding of a variety of marketing channels
* Good level of commercial awareness and understanding
* Experienced in leveraging marketing/analytics tools (e.g. GA, social media scheduling/insights, email marketing platforms)
* An enthusiastic, driven individual
* Proactive, exhibiting great ownership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting ability a benefit
* Great collaborator, skilful at stakeholder management
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
