If so, then the Housing Assistant post is for you About the role: Assist in delivering excellent housing services to all tenants by supporting colleagues in the Housing Management teams. Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide effective communication. Use relevant IT applications, such as Microsoft Office and other systems, to support the completion of housing-related tasks. About you: Youll need to: Deliver effective and efficient administrative services, maintaining appropriate records, statistics, and information. Assist colleagues to deliver excellent, consistent, and responsive housing management services, which include: Neighbourhood and tenancy management. Anti-social behaviour. Allocations and lettings. Empty property management, customer viewings, and welcome visits. Income management. Customer involvement, empowerment, and inclusion. Tenant liaison and support. Assist colleagues to deliver housing management and environmental services to residents that are of an excellent standard and accessible to all customers and provide excellent customer service at all times. Identify opportunities for service improvements, make recommendation and deliver changes effectively and efficiently. Participate in new initiatives that will lead to improvement in performance and service delivery. Comply with all relevant legislation, policy, and procedure.
