Position Overview Ithaca Energy is accepting applications for the position of Project Development Lead, located in our Aberdeen Office. Reporting to the Development Projects and Engineering Manager, the Project Development Lead will mature the assigned Development Project, in accordance with the Company's processes, throughout its lifecycle from the Assess to the Define Phase (included, ensuring the highest safety, quality, economic result for the Project, focusing on value creation. Responsibilities Support the Development Projects and Engineering Manager in the successful definition and delivery of the Project in accordance with the agreed Project objectives, including: Permitting Partner engagement HSEQ Technical integrity Performance Cost Schedule Moreover, will be involved in: Managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams for the completion of the relevant Project Phase, in accordance with the approved program, within the budget and to the specific standards. Identifying, managing and maintaining visibility of risks and opportunities relevant to area of responsibility. Develop and communicate mitigation and contingency plans as appropriate. Overseeing engineering activities performed Contractors and internal departments, maintaining diligent focus on interface management. Maintaining formal records relating to actions, decisions, technical queries, concession requests, interfaces, change management and variation control. Supporting technical evaluation of bids, enquiries, proposals and potential solutions, as appropriate. Qualifications & Experience Qualified at HNC level or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline. Valid offshore survival and medical. Skilled in: HSEQ: including safety analysis, preparation of PQP, HAZOP, HAZID, SIMOPS and Environmental Studies Project management: planning and control Engineering, Constructions and Installation of both offshore and offshore developments ITT Preparation: technical and commercial. Full understanding of: Project management: contracting strategies, program and budget, cost estimate, economic assessment, contractor management, JV management and risk management ITT Preparation: contractual evaluation Inspection and Expediting Commissioning, QA/QC for both offshore and offshore development.
