Key Responsibilities:
* Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN within the classroom.
* Assist: Help teachers implement individual education plans tailored to each student's specific needs.
* Engage: Supervise and support students during class activities, ensuring they understand instructions and tasks.
* Manage: Use positive behaviour management strategies to de-escalate challenging situations.
* Communicate: Build effective relationships with teachers, parents, and other professionals while maintaining accurate records of student progress.
* Nurture: Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes students' integration into school life.

Essential Criteria:
