As a Digital Marketing Executive (PPC and SEO), you’ll be at the forefront of our customer acquisition strategy, driving growth across both Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business channels. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your skills in search engine marketing and optimisation to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
In this commercially focused role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales team to fuel significant growth in the Small and Medium Businesses, Mid-Market, and High Net Worth client segments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who is eager to make a tangible impact on our acquisition program.

Role Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation and Development
* Develop and execute best-in-class digital marketing strategies, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
* Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Agency to drive lead generation and sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Partner with B2C sales and cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products tailored to our B2C audience.
* Work alongside the Digital Marketing Agency to produce high-quality SEO content, monitor its performance, and analyze its impact on sessions and lead generation.
* Design and optimize PPC landing pages using industry best practices and our internal CMS. Measure results, document insights, and refine strategies to boost conversion rates.
* Benchmark and analyze performance across all marketing channels, tracking KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
* Monitor spend and campaign performance, providing data-driven optimization recommendations in partnership with our Digital Marketing Agency. Ensure monthly initiatives and tests are implemented effectively to meet targets and enhance campaign efficiency.
* Build robust campaigns by developing comprehensive keyword lists using tools like Semrush, catering to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
* Leverage GA4, Google Ads, and CRM data to generate comprehensive reports that track both online and offline conversions.
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, taking proactive steps to optimize performance and maximize ROI across existing channels.
* Establish and maintain a robust reporting framework to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
* Deliver clear and actionable insights on current performance, emerging trends, and potential growth opportunities.
* Conduct regular competitor analysis across relevant markets, identifying key insights and actionable opportunities for growth.
* Utilize available data sources to investigate and resolve campaign performance issues, proposing optimization strategies to enhance results.
* Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance across all digital marketing channels to ensure continuous improvement.
Knowledge and experience we’re looking for:
* Hands-on expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
* Proficient in Excel, with a strong ability to manipulate data, apply formulas, and generate insightful analysis and cohesive reports.
* Skilled in keyword research, with experience expanding keyword lists to support both B2B and B2C product offerings.
* Proven ability to analyze digital marketing data and provide actionable recommendations to drive performance improvements.
* Experienced with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and the Google Ads platform, leveraging these tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* SEO knowledge is a plus, with a desire to further develop skills in this area.
* 2-3 years experience in digital marketing
This position is full-time and permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London as part of the Marketing team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
