ASB Enforcement Officer (Social Housing) - Temp until April 2025
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Enforcement Officer on behalf of our client who is a well-established housing association in Merseyside, on a long-term temporary assignment until April 2025.
This is a hybrid role, working 37 hours per week.
Your new role
* Managing a caseload of serious & complex ASB, Domestic Violence and other tenancy breaches
* Carrying out investigations, gathering witness statements and evidence, preparing legal casework for court proceedings
* Serving notices, attending evictions and representing the organisation in court where required to present evidence
* Offering additional support, advice and guidance to Neighbourhood teams for lower-level cases of ASB and nuisance
* Developing and maintaining strong links with external partners/agencies within the community
* Working in partnership with key stakeholders, colleagues and external agencies such as Police, Solicitors, Local Authority and Social Services
What you'll need to succeed
1. Minimum 12 months in an ASB Enforcement role within a Social Housing environment
