You are capable of working independently to support solicitors, ensuring compliance with court orders and smooth court proceedings. You are familiar with GDPR and document redaction, and have a strong understanding of legal databases and the family court system. You are flexible, can handle a demanding caseload, and are willing to work office-based in Huyton two or three days a week. What the Job Involves Your primary responsibility is to assist fee earners in progressing public law proceedings. You will manage bundles, seek compliance from outside agencies, and ensure adherence to court directions. You may occasionally attend court, although this is rare and typically only required for compliance hearings. The position is full-time, averaging 36 hours per week with a flexible approach to your schedule. You need to either hold a current DBS or be able to quickly obtain one.
