Customer Service Manager
Location: Berkshire
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000
Overview: Customer Service Manager required by a thriving international manufacturing company for their site in Berkshire. The successful Customer Service Manager will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that customers have the best possible experience, whilst providing support and guidance to the wider team.
Main Duties:
1. Promoting excellent customer service across the business.
2. Acting as the escalation point for customers’ issues and queries.
3. Providing support and guidance to the customer service team.
4. Developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
5. Authorising quotes and monitoring margins.
6. Attending and contributing to production meetings.
Ideal Candidate:
1. A background in a similar role in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
2. Electronics industry experience would be highly advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent relationship-building skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Full driving licence.
