Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clerical/Administrative Assistant who is enthusiastic and customer-focused. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and provide first-class service to the public, suppliers, colleagues, and the senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide general clerical and administrative support under the direction of senior staff, particularly in relation to educational visits and lettings. • Deliver an effective and efficient first aid/reception service. • Welcome visitors and parents, handle enquiries, and maintain the school management information systems. • Input documents and perform daily reception duties. • Utilize various computerised systems and databases. • Multitask and manage a varied workload, demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and sound decision-making. Essential Skills and Experience: • Strong ICT, literacy, and communication skills. • Experience with computerised systems and databases. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • Professional demeanor and ability to make sound decisions. • EVC experience is advantageous.
