OVERVIEW: Are you our next Treasury Executive? We're looking for someone to join our Finance team, to play a key role in the treasury team, supporting short-term liquidity planning, cash investments, and cash flow analysis. This role is fundamental to the department's core activities and will be instrumental in its ongoing evolution, as the team continuously enhances and optimises its processes on the path to maturity.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Preparation of short-term liquidity planning at bank account level to ensure the group meets all obligations.
* Propose FX spot trades in line with the Group FX Risk Management Policy.
* Proposing cash investments/redemptions to optimise the balance between liquidity and cash utilisation.
* Support the evolution of FX hedging back-office processes.
* Analyse cash movements to improve reporting and cash flow forecasting.
* Process payments through relevant bank portals.
* Reconcile bank accounts to the ERP, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely journal postings.
* Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations for treasury-owned general ledger accounts.
* Maintain up-to-date and relevant process documentation.
* Assist with external audit queries.
* Provide backup support for Treasury Analysts' reporting activities.
* Address treasury-related queries from the wider finance team.

WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:
* Knowledge of NetSuite.
* Experience of working in Treasury.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
