Job Purpose: This role will be accountable for driving the marketing strategy and execution in the Northern Cluster for our portfolio, overseeing the marketing team to develop a roadmap for the Northern Cluster, aligning to regional and global strategic direction while also generating where needed local tactics that support customers, patients, and deliver on KKI’s objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead, grow and develop a diverse team based across different countries Close collaboration with Regional Franchise teams and brand franchise teams Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the patient journey and customer needs Embed a Customer and patient experience, focus into commercial strategy and brand planning Lead and embed an omni-channel marketing strategy, in all cross-functional plans and customer engagement Ensure co-creation, optimisation and successful implementation of commercial project plans and strategies through cross-functional partnership Oversee execution excellence of brand strategy related key initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration Define and track Key Performance Indicators for the cluster that will lead towards hitting the yearly Budget Partner with Access teams to ensure commercial plans are aligned with, and support access strategies relating to the pricing and reimbursement opportunities and challenges Partner with field teams to ensure execution of commercial objectives Lead any cluster commercial launches, including: Coordinating launch readiness across the cluster consistent with the global commercial strategy Developing risk reduction and launch optimisation strategies Developing a robust understanding of key treatment centres, key customers and patient flow to inform commercial model design Accountable for Insights & Analytics which cover activities KPI reporting on power BI, segmentation and targeting, forecasting, bonus plan management, and reporting activities Position Requirements: Degree in life sciences or marketing Rare disease or Haemato-Oncology background preferred Marketing/brand management experience in a pharmaceutical context required Experienced in leadership and line management of matrixed teams Digital marketing and Operational Omni-channel Experience required Demonstrated understanding of pricing and market access processes, health economics Excellent local language required; strong level of English preferred Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
