Are you ready to shape the future of water infrastructure? We’re looking for an Associate Director - Civil Engineer to join our Water Solutions team in London, St Albans, Croydon, or Basingstoke. You’ll support the delivery of Southern Water's £3.7 billion capital programme, working on diverse projects across water and wastewater sectors.
Your responsibilities include providing technical leadership, overseeing design stages, managing project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance, contributing to work winning, and mentoring junior staff. You will work flexibly from Southern UK locations, visiting sites around Brighton and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Chartered status with a relevant institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM).
* Strong technical background in the water sector, with experience in delivering schemes and knowledge of UK standards.
* Desire to mentor and support junior staff and help them achieve chartership.
