We are seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join our team at our Cambuslang facility. This role involves travel to various Hydrasun and customer locations. The primary responsibilities include delivering training on Instrumentation, Flexible Hose Assemblies, Pressure Testing, and Hydrogen Safety.
As such, you will have proven experience in delivering high-standard technical training, particularly in Instrumentation, FHA’s, Pressure Testing, and Hydrogen Safety.
You will have a strong track record of meeting personal training and competency objectives, and a demonstrated ability to achieve continuous improvement in learning and development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a clear understanding of compliance with learning and competency management systems.
You will be innovative, adaptable, and capable of establishing strong working relationships within the organization and with key external customers.
Experience and Key Attributes:
* Proven experience in delivering high-standard technical training, particularly in Instrumentation, FHA’s, Pressure Testing, and Hydrogen Safety.
* Prior experience in working with Instrumentation, FHA’s, Pressure Testing, and Hydrogen equipment.
* Experience and strong track record in delivery of internal and external technical training to a high standard.
* Demonstrable track record of achievement in meeting personal training and competency objectives.
* Experience and strong track record of achieving continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness in the context of best practice in learning and development.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions in the context of continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills to achieve the stated purpose of the role, with the ability to clearly communicate and engage with the wider organisation.
* A clear understanding of the importance of accountability in the context of compliance with learning and competency management system processes, procedures and defined standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Ensure that all learning activities are developed, delivered, and assessed in accordance with the defined CMS (competency management system) process as detailed within the ISO:9001(2015) standard.
* To deliver internal and external technical training in line with Hydrasun’s HSE, Quality and Training standards ensuring that all processes and procedures are reviewed and are fit for purpose in accordance with the defined policy and objectives.
* To ensure the implementation of innovative training solutions and effective learning evaluation processes to measure the quality and effectiveness of internal and external training programmes, in the context of continuous improvement.
* Provide guidance and support to the organisation in relation to specific learning and development requirements, including internal verification of competence where applicable.
* Ensure that all training activities are executed as per the requirements defined within the HSE, Quality and Training management systems.
* Continue to support and develop new training materials in-line with customer feedback, customer needs and continuous improvement, to ensure that the quality and content of Hydrasun’s training meets the required performance expectations and standards.
* Establish and cement strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation including our key external customers.
* To provide the Commercial Training Lead with the required flexibility to deliver to customers global training requirements and Hydrasun’s internal competency requirements.
