What’s involved?
As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie, Sous, and Head Chefs in the daily operations of the kitchen. This can range from prep and cooking to cleaning and organizing stock. You will work over a mixture of breakfast, lunch, and evening services, gaining invaluable insight into how a high-level, professional kitchen operates.
