An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive to work within a fast paced, exciting, fashion eyewear business.
Please note that this job is remote, covering territory in the Midlands.
In this role, you are responsible for delivering against budgeted sales and profit for the brands within a designated territory.
Responsibilities
* Promote and sell designer eyewear collections into existing and new Independent Optical retailers.
* Deliver against targeted sales volumes, values and return rates.
* Effectively manage a monthly journey plan, ensuring frequency of customer visits. Provide accurate reporting of daily field activity, customer reports/analysis, industry feedback and competitor activity.
* Foster strong business-to-business relationships within the designated territory.
* Identify and develop a robust new business plan by brand for the territory.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador both for your designated brands (AllSaints, Hackett and Joules) and for Mondottica
* Support customers with regular training and visual merchandising.
* Develop cross functional partnerships with Marketing, Finance, Customer Services and Logistics.
* Overnight stays will be required to cover the territory effectively.

Qualifications and Skills Required
* A real passion for sales.
* A working knowledge of the Optical industry would be helpful but not essential.
* Extremely organised and self-motivated.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* A “can do attitude”.
