What You’ll Do As Deputy Venue Manager, you’ll assist the Venue Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our beautiful venues. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Team Support : Be the main point of contact in the absence of the Venue Manager, leading by example and training staff to deliver exceptional service. Couple Engagement : Support planning meetings, show rounds, and client communication, ensuring a seamless experience for couples from start to finish. Wedding Sales : Act as a key support for the Sales Manager, taking a keen interest in wedding sales and helping to maximise booking opportunities. Administrative Duties : Generate and amend invoices, produce accurate running orders, and ensure accommodation sales are maximized. Event Support : Assist with Open Days, Dinner Date evenings, upselling opportunities, and ensuring smooth event execution. Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador for Country House Weddings, promoting consistency across communication and assisting with social media and marketing tasks. Health & Safety : Maintain a safe environment, including administering First Aid when needed and keeping up-to-date with documentation such as fire and accident reports.
