Day to day you'll be working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and the development team, developing an understanding your clients’ needs and project managing bespoke implementations that increase their efficiency, productivity and profitability. You’ll be responsible for; Participating in sessions with Salesforce customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes analysis Documenting detailed business, functional & technical requirements Configuring and customising Salesforce Sales and Service applications Managing vendors, liaising with the technical team, reporting to senior managers and working with end users to ensure a smooth transition Configuring Salesforce and related third party applications By joining us you will be joining a fast-growing team with an impressive client roster, in an environment that where your contributions are recognised, valued and rewarded. Alongside this, you will ideally also have: Experience working on the Salesforce platform Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification Experience implementing solutions across multiple clouds Consulting and client facing experience, as well as excellent Communication Skills Experience with Business Process Analysis in order to gather requirements, identify issues and liaise with stakeholders to develop solutions Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet goals and deadlines We’ve been dubbed ‘the rebels of accountancy’.
