Personal Assistant Administrator
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Shift: Mon – Weds 10.00am – 14.00

Our client is a dynamic and customer-focused organisation dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to their clients. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Personal Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and send quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process customer orders and manage order-related communication.
- Engage with customers and on the shop floor to enhance their experience.
- Compile and distribute customer reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Take notes during meetings and ensure distribution to appropriate team members.
- Liaise with other staff members, external parties, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain an organised filing system to support easy access to information.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other productivity software tools.
- Demonstrates discretion and tact in all interactions.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role or relevant field.
