Team/Role Overview
TTS is a leading provider of cash management, treasury, trade, clearing, depository receipts and commercial cards services. TTS has a global network spanning more than ninety countries and is unique in the industry for its reach, interoperability, and flexibility. We provide clients with dynamic information, platforms, tools, and APIs to effectively manage their portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chains.
Our CitiDirect platform, which provides industry-leading comprehensive online banking capabilities to our clients via our desktop and mobile, is currently undergoing a multi-year large scale transformation tackling eCommerce-scale growth as well as the retirement of legacy infrastructure. We are building out a next generation best-in-class set of capabilities that will evolve as our client, market and regulatory needs evolve across the globe.
As a Cash Management Platform Product Manager, you will be a leader in this transformation driving the modernisation of cash management products that are offered on the platform and evolution into a strategic target state. You will sit on the CitiDirect Cash team, lead the development of payment capabilities and partner closely with technology, other product verticals, regions, and design toward their delivery.
What you will do
* Creates a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding road-map and release plan. Contributes to organisational OKRs.
* Leads development and launch of "whole products", in the broadest sense (orchestrate go-to market, legal diligence, continuous operational improvement, budget/investment spend, partnerships, API integrations, training, support, etc.).
* Understands market and users through research and data. Has a pulse on competitors but also a forward-thinking view of our client’s digital platform expectations. Drives product enhancements, updates to vision/road-map to maximise client satisfaction and improve business outcomes.
* Clearly defines epics, priorities based on product vision/road-map, identifies risks/dependencies, and tracks end-to-end workflow via Jira.
* Work closely with engineering teams to help identify the best technical solutions that fit our platforms strategic target state.
* Aligns stakeholders around strategic initiatives and key decisions, orchestrate and present effective executive reviews with minimal support/oversight.
* Understands the business and sees how all functions of the company contribute to the growth of the business. Learns how to get things done organisationally.
* Have responsibility to deliver significant direct business results and authoritative advice regarding product development that necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.
* Manages and implements a wide variety of products and solutions to address client needs.
What we will need from you
* Sufficient prior relevant experience, including experience in product management.
* Experience working with agile, agile certification preferred.
* Financial services experience, Corporate Treasury/Payments a plus
* Practical knowledge of software development
* Proven record of successfully managing in a large and complex business.
* Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker
* Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities.
* Enthusiastic about providing a great experience to the users of your product.
* Excellent communication skills, able to relay tactical and technical concepts to broad business audiences (benefits vs features)
* Cleanly frames and adds structure to chaotic/ambiguous situations and decisions.
* Proven record as change agent, with ability to encourage and embrace innovative ideas and solutions.
* High emphasis on “getting to yes” and building inter-company relationships.
