Your focus will be on creating and managing automated workflows, improving client acquisition, and nurturing relationships through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver targeted campaigns and ensure high client retention.

* Design implement and manage automated workflows.
* Create and execute strategies to re-engage dead leads.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive mailing list for various customer segments.
* Monitor CRM performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements.
* Experience working within a premium luxury brand.
* Experience working with HubSpot.
* Proven experience as a CRM Manager, preferably within a fast based retail environment.
* Strong project management skills.
* Proficiency in creating automated email and SMS marketing flows.
