Ensure all brand communication is clear, motivating, and engaging throughout the entire customer journey Write creative briefs and oversee the creative development process with internal teams and external agencies. Ensure marketing materials are consistent, accurate, and delivered on time. Oversee legal and technical approvals for all brand and marketing materials. Lead and manage design forums to maintain consistency across all customer-facing activities Allocate investment to maximize the impact of campaigns and drive brand performance. Line manage and develop a team of brand executives to execute F&B brand and marketing plans What we need A strong marketing and creative background. Proven track record of successful delivery of campaigns - planning, execution, agency management & post-event analysis. Understanding of customers and how to build brand equity and engagement. Commercially astute and excellent budget management skills. Continuous improvement skills and ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
