Location: 4 days a week in Tamworth, 1 day from home

As a Sea Freight Cross-Trade Operations & Account Manager, you’ll be the captain of one of our most important customer accounts, guiding it safely to success (and possibly some bonus shores). You’ll work with a talented team, tackle international challenges, and help keep our client’s goods sailing smoothly across the globe.
What will you do?
1. Manage a Major Customer Account: Retain, develop, and expand business with finesse.
2. Sea Freight Operations: Coordinate with carriers, offer pricing solutions, ensure smooth cross-trade movements, as well as Imports and keep everything shipshape.
3. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships and be the go-to expert for your client’s needs.
4. Incentives & Bonuses: Work hard, and the rewards will follow.

1. A solid track record in sea freight operations management.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
