The Role
As a Protection Advisor, you'll provide expert advice on life insurance products via telephone, building rapport with customers and ensuring regulatory compliance. This fast-paced role offers ongoing support, coaching, and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional telephone-based customer service and advice
2. Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
3. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and drive personal performance
4. Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards
5. Conduct thorough fact-finds and document all customer interactions
Required Knowledge and Experience:
1. Proven experience in Financial Services
2. Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements
3. Excellent customer engagement and telephone communication skills
4. Financial services qualifications (ideally CEMAP or R05)
5. Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer outcomes
