Are you a flexible, reliable, and passionate educator looking for the opportunity to make a difference in a variety of classrooms? The Education Network is seeking a Secondary Supply Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality teaching to secondary school students across multiple subjects and year groups on a supply basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects and year groups when regular teachers are absent.
2. Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and manage diverse groups of students.
3. Provide effective classroom management to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
4. Follow lesson plans and ensure that learning objectives are met, providing feedback to students where required.
5. Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning for students during teacher absence.
What We're Looking For:
1. A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong background in education.
2. Flexibility and adaptability to teach across multiple subjects and year groups.
3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning.
4. A proactive and resourceful approach to teaching and problem-solving.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff quickly.
6. Previous experience in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential.
