Vacancy: Corporate Fundraiser
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a Corporate Fundraiser to join a successful and ambitious fundraising team.
This is an exciting role, building relationships with companies across Leeds to maximise income for St Gemma’s Hospice. You will develop relationships which are deep, sustainable and benefit both the company and the hospice in our goal to support more people at the end of their life in Leeds. You will also support the wider Fundraising Team to develop a wider and deeper fundraising community, using your skills to ensure St Gemma’s is well connected across the city.
If you would like to help make a difference to the lives of local people with life-threatening illnesses, and their families, this could be the role for you.
About you
You have a proactive outlook, with an ability to identify and successfully steward relationships with companies across Leeds and beyond, securing new partnerships for St Gemma’s Hospice.
You can deliver engaging presentations and are confident in preparing and presenting pitches to companies for charity partnerships of all sizes.
You pay attention to detail, and are able to support the delivery of fundraising events hosted by St Gemma’s.
You work well and thrive in a busy team environment in which the whole Income Generation team support each other to achieve targets.
If you are a passionate and committed fundraiser who is keen to make a difference to those living with life-limiting illnesses in Leeds, we want you to join our team!
If you aren’t from a fundraising background but feel you have transferrable skills, we would welcome an application from you.

Full-time employees receive a starting allowance of 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with length of service rewarded with extra holiday days (up to 33 days). An option to buy additional days leave is also provided.
