Core components of this role are:
• To assist the CNP Team by providing a high-quality clinic facilitator service within the outpatient setting, ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics, meeting the needs of children and their families, and liaising with appropriate staff .
• To obtain CYP's growth measurements and observations to aid in clinical decision-making .
• The post holder will work independently without direct supervision .
• To develop and maintain strong management and organisational skills .
• To act as a patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity, and confidentiality are met .
• To monitor and ensure patient satisfaction, being proactive in managing any issues that arise .

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Community Neurodevelopmental Paediatric Team by providing high-quality clinic facilitation services within the Children’s community outpatient setting, ensuring the smooth running of outpatient clinics and meeting the needs of children and their families . This includes liaising with appropriate staff to ensure seamless service delivery .
