A client of ours in the Chelmsford area is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm and paying up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Identify new business opportunities and keep in regular contact with current customers.
2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Respond to customer enquiries and upsell products where possible.
4. Explore the market to find new solutions for customer needs.
5. Provide customers with quotations and invoices when needed.
6. Use the CRM system ensuring all customer details are kept up-to-date.
7. Keep accurate records of stock.
8. Assist in maintaining the pricing guide for hire customers including bespoke pricing for key customers.
9. Work closely with our current sales team to achieve company targets.
Skills and Experience required:
1. Exceptional communication skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Highly organised.
4. Ability to develop strong business relationships with all stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated, not afraid to pick up the phone and win new business.
