Customer Service Manager Leading Manufacturer - B2B customers £40,000 - £50,000 doe Outskirts of Newcastle Client Details Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturer who supply products to B2B customer both in the UK and Europe. Based in Newcastle, they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join the team Description Lead and manage the internal customer service team supporting customers via phone and email Ensure a world class level of service is provided to B2B customer - both UK and Export Manage end to end order process from initial order progressing through to dispatch and delivery, working across all touch-points throughout the journey Ensure customers are kept fully informed of any changes around their order Work closely with production and planning to manage lead times and help create a dispatch plan Work closely with in house and 3rd party logistics to arrange the smooth movement of goods including creation of export documentation Review and improve process and procedures where required that drive positive outcomes across efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost Support dales function with admin, pricing and customer support where required Create and present reports around customer behaviour, to drive strategic decision making Profile Experience in a similar customer service management role Experience within a manufacturing, supply chain or export focused business Strong customer centric approach Ability to motivate and inspire others Export knowledge (desirable) Job Offer This is an amazing opportunity to join an industry leading manufacturing business at their office on the Outskirts of Newcastle.
