We are seeking a Support Administrator to work with the Business Intelligence (BI) services to provide administrative support, co-ordinate activities in support of corporate and service delivery and assist in the development of new procedures and processes pertinent to the ongoing development of the services. This role can be delivered in a flexible hybrid way with any travel, site visits or meetings arranged by agreement on a very occasional basis Main duties of the job To act as support to the Data Management Architecture (DMA) and BI Analytics senior leadership teams to provide a high quality, responsive, efficient and professional administration support to a high standard. Assess existing processes and systems, identifying improvements and implementing changes when necessary, ensuring sound administrative processes. Record and update internal corporate business systems to support service activities or in relation to financial purchases, equipment requirements, procurement, governance and recruitment processes.
