MFL Teacher - Bath
Protocol Education are working with a NE Somerset based secondary school to complete their staffing teams for this academic year. With that in mind, we are looking for a passionate, committed, and enthusiastic MFL teacher of French to positively impact the lives and education of students across the school.

Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging MFL lessons to students.
2. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
3. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance learning.
4. Establish a positive and supportive learning environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student support.
Required Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred. The school will accept subject specialists/Unqualified Teachers.
2. Degree in Computing or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for MFL.
Education:
1. Degree in related field.
Experience:
1. Experience of working with UK secondary education.
2. Previous work with children and young people.
3. Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Excellent understanding of MFL concepts and principles - Speaking and writing.
2. Effective classroom management skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
