Develop, implement, and maintain person-centered support plans tailored to individual needs. Handle challenging behavior with professionalism, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills. Administer medication in accordance with guidelines, ensuring compliance and safety. Provide care and support during lone working shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents. Build and sustain trusting relationships, offering guidance and support to help residents lead full, happy, and healthy lives. Experience & Skills Previous experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting. Familiarity with support plans and medication administration. Strong understanding of challenging behaviors and how to handle them effectively. Ability to work independently, showing resilience and initiative, especially in lone working scenarios.
