As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our design team by creating visually engaging content across both digital and print media. Working on a variety of internal and external projects for our new creative agency, TURF, you’ll contribute to shaping creative outputs that align with our brand’s aesthetic and meet client objectives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to bring fresh ideas to a collaborative team environment. What will you be doing? In this role, you will design and prepare a variety of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentations and other marketing materials. You will work closely with senior designers and team members to support ongoing projects by creating and organising design assets. Additionally, you’ll assist in developing mood boards, concept sketches and mock-ups to help clients visualise potential designs, ensuring each project aligns with brand guidelines and fulfils specific requirements. You’ll also play an essential role in maintaining a well-organised digital archive of project files, making it easy for team members to access and use assets efficiently. Keeping up with current design trends, new tools and industry best practices will be a regular part of your responsibilities, allowing you to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the studio. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow their skills in a dynamic, creative environment. Is this you? We’re looking for someone who is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with any experience in After Effects or Premiere Pro as a bonus. A solid understanding of design principles, typography and layout is essential, as is a creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this role, you’ll need to be receptive to feedback, able to make adjustments and continuously refine your work to meet project goals. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are a must, along with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. We need someone who is adaptable, can handle multiple tasks and thrives in a dynamic team setting.
