Flk is partnering with a fast-paced and innovative Manufacturing client in Bradford as they look to appoint an HRAdvisor within their HR team. The business is a hugely successful global organisation that puts its employees at the heart of everything they do. They are leaders within their field, owning a large market share and they have a strong workplace culture. Reporting to a hugely supportive Head of HR, the HR Advisor for the site will predominantly manage all HR generalist activity and work alongside a supporting, friendly and engaging HR team of peers. To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will have: Minimum 3 years in a role in a similar HR generalist capacity Solid experience in ER including disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement plans, probation reviews, new employee orientations and exit interviews Experience in managing relationships with recruitment agencies to support the recruitment of temporary labour and permanent opportunities Experience working within a commercially focused environment (Manufacturing desirable) CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this This is a flexible and autonomous role so you must be comfortable with a hands-off management approach, enjoy managing your diary and be comfortable working on-site 3 days a week. Full time hours is preferred but they're open to someone part-time 4 days per week. They're offering a generous base salary of up to £40k DOE and great benefits.
