As a Biometrics Pre-Sales Lead Engineer, you will be a subject matter expert for Device Intelligence & Behavioural Biometrics, leading new business opportunities. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will ensure clients understand the necessity and benefits of the product, being the sales team's technical encyclopaedia to represent how the product solves specific customer problems.
Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of device and behavioural biometrics solutions to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with the product development team to communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in device and behavioural biometrics technologies.
Proposition and Business Development Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs.
* Create compelling value propositions and business cases to potential clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies.
Strategic Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and improve current solutions and propositions for market requirements.
* Provide feedback to the Product and Propositions team based on market experience.
* Develop strategies with clients to enhance their business, adopting Corporate Standards Account & Sales Planning methodologies.
* Monitor outcomes for cost-effective client satisfaction and retention.
Operational Responsibilities:
* Drive client solution roadmap definition and influence account plan execution.
* Provide senior management with reports and analyses on sales performance and market trends.
* Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic changes.
Qualifications:
* Strong pre-sales experience, supporting the sales of Identity and Fraud solutions.
* Experience conducting demos and presentations of biometric solutions.
* Commercially minded.
* Ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions and business cases to clients.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
