Maximising project efficiency and supporting business development. Ensuring high-quality services across reactive, cyclical, and planned maintenance work streams. Leading teams to successfully deliver outstanding services to customers. Lead the day-to-day operations of the project. Ensure objectives are met within time, budget, and compliance constraints. Drive service delivery and productivity. What Were Looking For 5 year's experience in the gas industry, ideally within the social housing sector. Strong knowledge of responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance services. Experience with profit and loss accounting, budget management, task management tools. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver results. A valid SMSTS certificate (or the commitment to obtain one upon joining). A full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).
