Your key responsibilities will include: Owning the Group management accounts consolidation process and ensuring accurate, timely reporting Managing the Group’s accounting system and supporting upgrades or changes Cashflow management, monthly reconciliations, and intercompany recharges Identifying areas for process improvement and helping embed better controls Training and supporting junior members of the team Supporting onboarding of new entities post-acquisition Engaging in ad hoc projects across finance and operations What we’re looking for: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Previous experience in a Group function, with knowledge of a consolidation process Confident working with systems and large volumes of data A continuous improvement mindset – someone who likes making things better Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
