Job Description
* Work with older and vulnerable groups to promote an independent lifestyle.
* Take responsibility for housing provision, compliance, and safety checks.
* Work with the customers to ensure wellbeing and engagement.
* Build effective working relationships with wider team, contractors and across the business.
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
The Successful Applicant
* Housing experience and background in dealing with diverse customer groups.
* Understanding of compliance and working to company policy.
* Relationship building experience both internally and externally.
* Good PC skills - MS Office. Strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage challenging situations and resolve issues.
* CIH level 3 or 4 in Housing Practice, equivalent qualification or the desire to undertake a professional qualification.
