We are looking for an engaging Health, Safety and Compliance Trainer to deliver interactive, people-centred programs that inspire positive change. In this role, you will design and deliver impactful safety training while embedding wellbeing practices that empower teams to perform safely and feel their best.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in safety training, wellbeing coaching, or adult learning, who demonstrates strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and facilitation skills that motivate, engage, and inspire both individuals and groups. With a people-first mindset, they will be able to foster trust and build meaningful connections. A background or certifications in workplace training, safety, health, or wellbeing—such as NEBOSH, IOSH, Mental Health First Aid, PTTLS, CTTLS, or a Level 3 Award in Education and Training—would be highly desirable. Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impact are essential qualities for this role.

In this role, you will design and deliver engaging safety training sessions tailored to diverse teams, ensuring understanding and retention. You will champion workplace wellbeing by collaborating with external associates to deliver workshops and programmes that prioritise both mental and physical health. Building strong relationships, you will foster an open, inclusive, and trust-led learning environment while adapting training methods to suit various learning styles and incorporating interactive techniques. You will track and report on key training metrics to ensure nothing is overlooked and work closely with teams to drive continuous improvement in guest safety, workplace safety, and service quality standards. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance training outcomes and promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
