St Leonard's CE Primary School is seeking to appoint an inspirational and committed leader to join and lead our team of dedicated, enthusiastic professionals. St Leonard’s School has recently joined the Blue Kite Multi Academy Trust, a local Trust of 25 schools. The successful candidate will benefit from working collaboratively as part of our friendly and supportive trust, whilst having autonomy to lead and manage the school independently.
The school is a key focus in the community and as a church school collaborates effectively with the local church, also called St Leonards. In the last year, we were awarded “The School and Church Partnership Award”.
You will need to be visible, a role model and able to get the best out of those around you. Exceptional interpersonal skills are likely to be key strengths. Of most importance is that you can demonstrate that children and their development is at the heart of everything you do. We have much to build on with a talented and creative staff all committed to providing the highest standards of education for the children of our local community.

This position is subject to an enhanced criminal record check from the Disclosure & Barring Service which will require you to disclose all criminal convictions. A Section 128 Check will also be required as this role involves the management of an academy.
