Maintenance Worker/Driver
LOCATION: Liverpool
SALARY: A competitive rate of up to £12.77 per hour
HOURS: 14 Hours per week

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks.
2. To undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration to areas of the service as requested.
3. To ensure that the security features of the service are maintained, including perimeter fencing, lighting, CCTV and other features where fitted.
4. To carry out basic repairs internally and externally.
ABOUT YOU:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. A driving license is essential
3. Awareness/knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation
4. Knowledge of COSHH
