About Our Client
The client is an international importer and in the FMCG industry based in Northolt.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
* To organise all transport out of the company (customer orders, transfers to/from other warehouses) by liaising closely with the sales admin team and deal with any queries relating to UK transport.
* To make sure that we get the most competitive and reliable solutions for UK transport.
* To book all deliveries into the warehouse and 3rd party warehouses, ensuring the volumes and timings are in line with warehouse capacity and requirements.
* To make sure that Order chasing spreadsheet and warehouse calendars are always up to date.
* To check and process all UK transport and storage invoices in a timely manner.
* To check and process all goods invoices in a timely manner and raise any query to the purchasing team.
* To organise the sending of parcels from the company
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will-
* Have knowledge of Stock and logistics and have worked in a similar environment
* Ideally have some knowledge of FMCG
* Have an excellent attention to detail
* Strong IT and system skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to work in the office full time
