We are looking for a Junior Project Planner with a strong understanding of infrastructure type projects through the design, construction and commissioning phases. The Junior Project Planner will develop a deep understanding of a programme of works that is associated with building a nationwide fibre network and will assist with the development and maintenance of programmes, supporting the business in delivering projects on time and to budget.

Core Responsibilities
1. Understand project requirements and assist in building project programmes, considering budget and time constraints.
2. Update and maintain project programmes, collecting periodic progress updates through interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Support the project team in driving project delivery according to the programme and business requirements.
4. Assist in keeping projects on track by identifying critical activities and evaluating remedial actions.
5. Prepare and update progress reports. Prepare reports as required (weekly, monthly, 4-week look ahead etc.)
6. Attend internal meetings, and client meetings as required, to support the project team with programme related matters.
7. Develop relationships with internal and external teams.
