This role will see the successful candidate identify new business opportunities and convert these into orders, ensuring a robust pipeline by retaining the customer base through account management. A comprehensive understanding of the aviation market is essential alongside demonstrable negotiating skills.

The Role:
1. Develop and support marketing, sales, and customer support strategy goals and objectives for sustainable business growth of both MRO companies.
2. Act as the key point of contact between customers and the MRO companies, working in conjunction with the GMs and other Managers.
3. Identify market potential of customers. Determine the company's position relative to competitors, available markets, and market value of targeted business.
4. Identify potential customers and the decision-makers within the customer organization. Research and build relationships with new customers.
5. Work with the companies' GMs and other managers to develop pricing for company services and ensure pricing meets company goals with respect to profit margin.
6. Be responsible for contract content, development, and negotiations together with GMs and other managers.
7. Measure and maintain customer satisfaction. Improve standards for handling customer complaints and participate in escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Conduct measurements, reporting, customer focus groups, and meetings to improve service delivery.
9. Attend industry functions, such as associations events and conferences, and provide feedback on market and creative trends.
