Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Basic with first-year earnings of £35,000 + Excellent Benefits. Top Achievers are earning between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum. This role also has a guaranteed commission scheme from month one!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling sales opportunities for a Business Development Manager to meet with business owners/Directors to sell Peninsula's services.
2. Ensuring quality B2B conversations establish the need for our service.
3. Working to daily targets around call time and appointments booked.
4. Maintaining a low cancellation rate.
5. Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
6. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Accurately building, managing, and maintaining your own sales pipeline.
8. Updating Salesforce with accurate information.
9. Working on campaign data, targeting industry sectors or specific data lead sources.
10. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward culture.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a B2B sales role.
2. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
6. Experience in outbound lead generation/telesales using a professional approach.
7. Ability to work in a target-based, fast-paced environment.
8. Driven by your own results and high ambition for the role.

10. Ability to speak to a large range of people at different levels of the business.
