The successful candidate will be tasked with managing high-profile accounts within the Automotive industry including Jaguar Landrover, Honda, Toyota, Maclaren, and Nissan, with full responsibility for the management of the daily sales activities. The successful candidate will be expected to work autonomously and create their own market competencies. The Local Account Manager will work in connection with a Sales Assistant, who will assist with admin activities (e.g., order entry, shipment, follow-up).
Activities
1. Man Management Responsibility
2. Doing annual interviews
3. Ensure communication within the Customer Team
4. Ensure and manage communication between CT and CTS
5. Coordinate commercial relationships between customers & SSC, if needed
Customer Relationship Management
1. Organise and attend regular customer visits
2. Create visit reports for each meeting with the customer
3. First Contact Person of the customer for day-to-day problems
4. Prepare yearly and quarterly sales plan for the local entity and contribute to multi-year plan
5. Follow up on volume and price agreements of the local entity
6. Organise updates of sales plan if necessary
7. Review and optimise the order book according to strategic requirements of the business
8. Analyse customer value chain and propose service improvements
9. Manage and improve supply chain for the local entity
10. Monitor delivery performance
11. Organise rush and emergency orders if required
12. Proposing and implementing actions related to value creation
13. Follow up on payments
14. Follow up on credit limits
15. Monitor working capital (stocks and overdues)
16. Perform customer satisfaction survey
