Due to our continued and exciting growth here at TAC Healthcare, we are looking for a HSE Advisor to join our team. As the HSE Advisor you will work with the Estate Manager to build and operate an end-to-end HSE plan and process. You will play an active role in supporting and developing the HSE processes across the Occupational Health business to promote a culture of continual improvement amongst all stakeholders. You will also support the on-going development and maintenance of the HSE management systems, and accreditations. If you have experience with HSE systems and programs, and you’re looking for a new challenge, then we would like to hear from you What you will do: Work with the Estates Manager to develop, socialise and implement the annual Occupational Health (OH) HSE plan and objectives. Responsible for coordinating HSE activities relating to the Occupational Health business. Day-to-day oversight of health and safety processes across all OH locations Implementing HSE scopes, engaging and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure HSE is integrated within operations. Provide HSE input into audits, tender processes and accreditation submissions. Act as the main focal point for the local HSE compliance tool and reporting. Monitoring and assurance of compliance with codes, laws and Occupational Health bodies, including taking part in audits and clinical accreditations. About you: Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & 14001, SEQOHS and HIS requirements. Strong customer focus with ability to form good working relationships with both end users and colleagues. Demonstrable experience in development, implementation and continual improvement of quality and safety management systems Previous audit experience, preferably with Lead Auditor certification A relevant qualification is desired but not essential, e.g., NEBOSH Diploma; degree or higher level in safety or risk; Chartered member of relevant Institute.
