A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Admin Assistant to join our small but friendly admin team at Rossmore Community Rehab Unit. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with previous clerical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion to work in healthcare.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the intermediate care team and clerical support within a healthcare setting. The post holder will be flexible when managing workload and accommodating the requirements of teams, ensuring adherence to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
The role will include duties such as diary management, minute taking, filing, typing, and on a monthly basis assisting with performance reporting, placement of oracle orders, room bookings, and undertaking day-to-day supervision of staff.

Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
* Word processing to RSA 2 standard of European Computer Driving License (EDCL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
Knowledge & Experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
* Knowledge of a range of software programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures
* Previous experience of supervising a team
* Previous experience of working with the general public
* Knowledge of other Microsoft packages
* Experience of SystmOne functions
* Previous NHS experience
