Entry Level Finance Opportunity
Our client based on the outskirts of Colchester, is seeking an entry level candidate with a desire to secure a role based within Finance within a supportive company.
This role will sit within the Sales Ledger team and full training will be provided.
Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To
1. Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding invoicing and general finance duties.
2. Entering sales invoices onto the accounts ledger.
3. Dealing with cash reconciliations and cash refunds.
4. Processing supplier invoices and payments onto the accounts ledger.
5. Assisting with month end duties and checking credit notes.
6. Managing invoicing duties.
7. Supporting the Accounts team with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Candidate Attributes
1. Good use of MS Excel.
2. Great attention to detail.
3. An analytically minded thinker, able to spot discrepancies and competent in data entry.
This is a fully office-based role, with free parking. Please note you must be able to drive due to the location. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and the salary is £26k-£27k Per Annum (DOE).
